2026 PSI National Survey Data Analysis This year’s data set is the largest in Pride in Sport’s history! Now in its eighth year, the 2026 PSI National Survey received 1470 responses from 30 participating sporting organisations and clubs. Responses have come from all areas of the sporting community, including athletes and participants, parents and guardians of athletes, volunteers, coaches, referees, and right through to the executive staff of National sporting organisations. Reports and presentations This year, we are releasing two reports based on the 2026 PSI National Survey results. 2026 PSI National Survey – Key insights The Key Insights report explores overall findings from the Survey, including the attitudes and behaviours of people in Australian sport towards the LGBTQ+ community. 2026 Practice Point – Inclusion disparities in the sporting sector Our second practice point explores the differences in responses from three cohorts: paid employees, unpaid officials & volunteers athletes & participants. In this report, we show the disparities in access to inclusion training, personal experiences and exposure to bullying and harassment behaviours.
